EXPORT GMAIL
Use your Google account to connect
Basic Flow
- Set up permissions for the app for access in your Gmail account
- Download your API access .JSON file, which contains the correct credentials
- Load the .JSON file into ExportEmails which then saves the file
- Connect to Gmail and you will then go through the sign in process to allow access
- Start downloading email addresses
Security
- Signing into Gmail via ExportEmails requires OAuth2 authentication for secure access to your mailbox
- ExportEmails establishes an IMAP connection to Gmail using OAuth2 authentication
- The sign in access tokens generated are always deleted when opening the App so you'll need to sign in again
- ExportEmails only downloads email headers
- You can also sign out of Gmail from within the App.
