The Website provides information and instructions about the ExportEmails App. The App allows users to connect to their email mailboxes (including Microsoft, Gmail, and most IMAP providers) and export email addresses of senders. Key features include:

• Free trial download for Mac and PC, allowing up to 500 email downloads from any mailbox folders at any time.
• Fully functional paid version with unrestricted email downloads.
• Ability to export email addresses within a specified date range.
• Simple organization of exported email addresses into a CSV file.
• Secure authentication using OAuth2 for Microsoft and Gmail.

3. Free Trial

We offer a free trial version of the App that allows you to download up to 500 email addresses. This trial is provided to allow you to evaluate the App's functionality. Your use of the free trial is subject to these Terms.

4. Paid Version

The full, unrestricted version of the App is available for purchase. Details regarding pricing and payment terms are available on the Website. Your purchase and use of the paid version are subject to these Terms and any additional terms provided at the time of purchase.

5. User Data and Privacy

• The App connects directly to your mailbox to export email addresses.
• User login data for accessing mailboxes is stored locally on the user's personal computer in an Sqlite database.
• No user data, including email addresses or login credentials, is stored on our servers.
• We are committed to protecting your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy (if available on the Website) for more information on how we handle your information.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The App and the Website, including all content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof), are owned by us, our licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

7. Restrictions on Use

By using the Website and the App, you agree to the following restrictions:

• Resale and Redistribution Prohibited: You are strictly prohibited from reselling, sublicensing, distributing, or otherwise commercially exploiting the App in any way.
