• No credentials or tokens are ever sent to, stored on, or logged by Export Emails’ servers.

• OAuth2 tokens and credentials are handled entirely within the app.

• Tokens are stored locally on your device within a local database.

• You may delete credentials at any time from within the app. Opening the app will delete any saved tokens to authenticate again.

4. Data Extraction

• The app only extracts email header data.

• Extracted data is stored in temporary memory during your session and can be saved in a local database to export as a CSV only by your explicit action.

• We do not access, view, or store the content of your emails remotely.

5. Trial Version

• The trial version of Export Emails includes the same privacy guarantees.

• Any mailbox access made by the trial version is solely for provider authentication (e.g., Gmail or Microsoft login), not for communication with Export Emails servers.

• All features operate directly on and from your device.
