What info do you retrieve?
ExportEmails looks at the email headers only. Which means it gets the block of code that contains the email address of the sender. The email contents or attachments are not retrieved.
Whatever is found will be saved locally (on your computer) and ready for export to a CSV file.
ExportEmails will de-duplicate the email address list as well.
We do not save any of your login credentials or email addresses.
The ExportEmails application is built to keep things as secure for you as possible.
For example email accounts that require OAuth2 logins such as Microsoft and Gmail will require you to separately login on the provider's platform with your details first, which then returns a token which ExportEmails uses to access your mailbox.
You'll also need to give the ExportEmails App access as well from your Gmail or Microsoft account, so you're always in control.

Gmail and Microsoft requires you to register the App in order to get connected. You'll then be using a secure login to retrieve your email addresses from your mailboxes.

We're also fully licensed to use the supporting software provided within the App.
